Intermec Technologies wanted to develop an annual award honoring managers who demonstrate exemplary cross-functional team-building skills.

We recommend creating six lobby sculptures for Intermec's principal offices world-wide.  Sculptures are updated annually with a new glass element featuring the name of the current year's winner.
